With the accumulation of a large amount of animal heat source image data, Guide Sensmart has innovatively used AI algorithms to analyze and learn wildlife heat source morphology through integration of the "perception by hardware + cognition by algorithm" technology, allowing animal infrared image recognition to enter a new stage, and providing more technical support for animal identification, tracking and early warning of human-animal distinction.
Guide Sensmart Infrared Animal Identification Technology
With the infrared animal identification technology, images are captured by infrared night vision devices, and by deep learning, animals are then identified. Themain functions include AI tracking, AI ranging, and AI tracing. The technology supports the identification of seven biological types: wild boars, deer, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, bears, and humans. It is particularly suitable for animal identification and tracking in infrared images.
AI Tracking
The technology supports the use of rectangular boxes to select biological targets that appear in the real-time screen for no more than 30 seconds, and the rectangular box will move synchronously with the target. The number of selected organisms in the same screen shall be equal to or less than 10.
When an animal is detected, a blue-green selection box will be prompted; when a person is detected, an orange selection box will be prompted, and a warning sign will be displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.The technology helps users determine the location of target categories, and improve search efficiency and operation convenience.
AI Ranging
In addition to supporting frame selection of moving biological targets, with the algorithm,the target distance can be marked with AI tracking, and the number of ranging targets supported in the same screen shall be equal to or less than 10.The technology helps users judge the target distance in the observation of single or multiple targets, assists in decision-making, and improves observation efficiency.
AI Tracing
When an animal or person is detected in the image,the outer contour of the detected target is traced together with the Au tracking function to highlight the target, making it easier for users to clearly see the entire target and better distinguish the target from the environment.
