01 After-sales Guarantee

We solemnly promise that all GIM products purchased from us can enjoy standard after-sales services such as free warranty, return and exchange service, and original factory repair with sales vouchers or receipts.The after-sales service terms for special products shall be subject to the specific purchase and sales contract.

If you have any questions during the use of the product, please contact us via Customer Service Email (gim-as@guideir.com) for consultation.

The after-sales service guarantee does not apply to the following situations: ① any modification, disassembly or repair not authorized by GIM; ② failure or damage caused by misuse, inappropriate physical or operating environment and improper maintenance or storage; ③ force majeure (such as: accidents caused by fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.); ④ normal discoloration, wear and consumption during the use of products; ⑤ the original serial number label of the product has been altered, replaced, or torn up, the product has no serial number, or the product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product; ⑥ consumable parts, such as batteries or protective films that wear out over time, unless the failure is caused by material or process defects; ⑦ if the completeness and appearance of the product are not covered by the guarantee, you should inspect it on site when accepting the product and raise objections to any discrepancies; ⑧ failure or damage caused by third-party products, software, services or behaviors.
